She showed me how to use the phone to call or message her if I needed anything, and I just smiled and nodded to be polite, because I couldn’t imagine asking for things I was more than capable of getting myself 😭😂. She assured me not to feel bad, that it was genuinely her pleasure to take care of me.
When she realised I really wasn’t going to use the phone, she didn’t say another word… she just started appearing with drinks and snacks she’d noticed I liked, before I even had to ask❤️🥹😭. It was the little things, the thoughtfulness, the way she paid attention, that meant the most.
And after carnival, when I came back to my room and found the bath on the balcony already run with bubbles waiting for me… honestly, my heart melted. Moments like that stay with you forever. Carlene the butler truly has my heart 🥹❤️

We spent the day off-resort with @visitjamaica and honestly, there’s SO much to do 🤭😍🇯🇲
We kicked things off exploring Kingston’s Art Walk, then stopped at Devon’s House for the most delicious patties, followed by the biggest and most famous ice cream cone I’ve ever seen (filled right to the top 😂🍦). Next up was a tour of Bob Marley’s home, which was such an amazing experience - I learned so much… did you know he was only 5’6?! I certainly didn’t lol 🤓🎶
We were meant to head up to the Blue Mountains to learn about coffee farming, but the clouds had other plans, so we saved that adventure for another day - I just know it’s beautiful up there😍😮💨.
Overall, the most incredible tourist day and such a fun way to see more of Jamaica ❤️🥹🇯🇲 @sandals_uk@trendingtravel AD
@hauteonlife steadied me through the rushing waters at Dunn’s River Falls (more like I squeezed her hands😂😭), reminded me of the little things every woman should carry close, became the ultimate photographer for me, and through the sheer love and joy she speaks of motherhood with, made me fall in love with the idea of it too 💕🥹
