When life comes full circle back around. I remember when I first move to HK I knew no one all I did was watch Jelly Fam their mixtapes, documentary, vlogs and especially their workouts and I would go to the park and try to copy them. Years later im in the gym with one of them putting in that work. 🏀🍇

HYROX LARP complete. Started like a main character, met my true fitness levels somewhere around the burpees. This time I actually felt like I raced. Yeah, I’m 9 minutes slower and my engine blew up halfway, but emptying the tank was way more rewarding than just pacing it pretty. Last race I had the better time, this one felt like a war and I’m still proud, just slightly less delusional now. Also, mad respect to everyone who does this. I still joke yall not “real athletes”, but the focus and effort it takes to prep and race this thing is absolutely athlete‑brain behaviour 🤣🤣 📹 @tonytruckcaptures . . . . . . #hyrox #hybrid #hk

THANK YOU ALL. ❤️🏀 I owe more than I can ever put into words to basketball. It gave me purpose when I was lost. It gave me people who became family. It gave me a version of myself I’m proud of. For the last 5 years, I poured everything into helping others chase their goals. Every early morning, every late night, every ounce of energy,I gave it freely. And I don’t regret a single second of it. Because seeing others win… that filled me in a way nothing else could. But the truth is, while I was helping everyone else chase their dreams… I slowly stopped chasing my own. And that’s something I can’t ignore anymore. This isn’t me leaving basketball. This is me finally choosing myself too. So if you followed me just for basketball, I understand if this is where our paths split. No hard feelings, only gratitude. But from here on, I’m not just showing the game I’m showing my life. The real, unfiltered version. No perfect image. No pretending. I’ll still be training. I’ll still give my all to the people I work with. But my energy is no longer for everyone, it’s for the right ones. This chapter… is for me. And to everyone who’s been part of my journey so far, thank you. You changed my life more than you’ll ever know.
