The Fishable Feast is Going to Chile! Join me and my wife, Sarah, when we visit one of the wildest places in Patagonia, next March 6-13 at Patagonia Baker Lodge in partnership with Hatch Adventure Travel. This will be a special trip in that we will not only chase large trout — we’re also placing a special emphasis on authentic Chilean cuisine. It’s a couples trip. Or a friends trip. A trip for those who want to shake some Northern Hemisphere blues and also taste the best South America has to offer with local celebrated chefs. Foodie… yeah. Scenery… yeah. And if you want to jump in a boat and chase mondo trout with me… well, absolutely. Hit me at [email protected] if interested. Space is limited and I’m fired up about this one.

If you’re anywhere around Charleston, S.C. this Wednesday evening… going to be a nice event at Ladybird Books with my friend Dave DiBenedetto, editor of Garden & Gun hosting. Going to talk about the new book, A Fishable Feast. Would love to visit with you!

After 23 feet of snowfall (and counting) it gets kinda weird around here when it warms up a bit. Thanks Paul.
