Last month KIPP Forward joined @kippcorazonus for their first ever College Night 🎓✨
It was an evening dedicated to demystifying the path to higher education with the help of @kippsocal alumni from @kipplaprep , @kipp_opportunity and @kippsol . At the event panelists shared their journey to and through college, tips for a successful high school career, and more.
Highlights from the evening include:

Mental Health Awareness Month reminds us that caring for our minds is just as important as caring for our bodies 💚 This upcoming week, our school community is coming together for a Mental Health Spirit Week focused on connection, self-care, kindness, and reducing stigma. On April 24th, we hosted our first College Night event on campus. It was an inspiring evening dedicated to helping students begin exploring their future beyond middle school and the opportunities that lie ahead.
KIPP alumni returned to campus to share their postsecondary journey, offering insight into college life, scholarships, internships, and steps students can take as they plan for their future. Our KIPPsters also added their dream college to an interactive banner, sharing the colleges they hope to attend one day! 🧠💪
Thank you to ALL the families who joined us! We hope the evening provided helpful information and introduced resources available to support your student on their educational journeys. It was wonderful to see our community come together to learn, connect, and dream BIG! ✨🧡💙
