May is here and we’re warming you all up with some brewery goodness. From live music, free bubbles and match making, along with the release of a seasonal favourite, your favourite nitro stout and a new release, we’re not slowing down!!! Save this so you remember what’s on!!
Our first Firkin Friday was a success, with the India Brown Ale selling out in a couple of hours!
Never heard of a firkin? You’re not alone. A firkin is a traditional cask used to serve real ale, dating back to the 14th century. Unlike regular keg beer, the beer continues a secondary fermentation inside the cask, creating a naturally carbonated pour that’s softer, smoother and packed with extra flavour complexity.
It’s old-school brewing done the proper way — unfiltered, full of character, and available for a very limited time, literally hours! Thanks to those who came out and gave it try!!!
Last week we were fortunate to host another private dining event. Multiple courses, beer pairings, explanation and insight from both our head chef and brewer, as to what goes into producing the dishes and the pairings.

Last terms winners and runner ups, basking in the glory.
We had The Jury’s Out team take it out in first place, with a consistent approach all term, and some stellar points where others lacked, they worked hard for the winners title.
In a close second the Vikings claimed their place, being on the heels and ahead some weeks, it was a fun one to see the points tally up!
And in 2nd runner up we had the Krispy Pork Knuckles, a valiant effort but not enough brain sauce this time round…maybe next term!!!??
Trivia kicks off again on the 23rd at 6:30pm, so be sure to round up your brains trust and get an early start on the weekly points tally.

Divine Burlesque at the Brewery, a night to remember!
From the initial idea, right up to the final rehearsal, we knew this was going to be something special for Coffs. Yeh there’s similar shows, but we wanted to give our guests something different and show Coffs that we can put on a show!
By we, obviously we mean the Divine Burlesque Cohort from @flourishmovementstudio AND WHAT A SHOW! More than just dancing, these women brought talent, grace, humour and their vocal cords for an all round show that left everyone impressed. At the end of the show, 95% of the audience were on the dance floor celebrating and getting into it.
It was surely something special. A big thank you to all involved ed and everyone who worked their butts off to bring this all together…shall we see you go the next one?

What a weekend we’ve had!!!
ALL the eggs in the painting corner were amazingly decorated and painted by the kiddies (and some parents too!!), we’ve had plenty of guesses for the eggs in the stein comp, and we’ve got a winner who will be notified in the next day or two…and the boys here, Mick and Mike claimed first place and runner up in the Easter raffle giveaway!!
Every year we put on these little community type events thinking they most likely be a flop, and once again we are shown the amazing community spirit we have around us. Thanks for supporting us this long weekend and we hope everyone has an amazing school holidays!!!!

Last night we had the absolute privilege of performing our first ever Rock School Gig at King Tide Brewery in Coffs Harbour ⚡️ It was truely electric- with families and restaurant guests supporting us and singing along, it was a magical night.
