Another Peoria Hardcore Joint February 7th brought to you by me and Elliot… ALSO… THIS SHOW IS ON 2/7/2026 DISREGARD FLYER DATE @kings.command coming down all the way from Detroit along with CONTEMPT and SURVIVAL TACTIC from Chicago @rejectmodernity217 and @totaledhc holding it down as the locals And we will also now be running this as a benefit for the Jukebox Comedy Club in Peoria! it’s not exactly a secret to anyone that lives in Peoria (and watches the news) knows that the club has been struggling for some years now due to the aftermath of being closed during the COVID years. As well as that they also suffered from a collapsed roof and a losing their liquor liability insurance due to late payments, which also lead to them losing their liquor license (which is a nightmare for a comedy club). This has lead to bills piling up and making it nearly impossible to juggle his own personal life as well as the club. We will be planning something to do as a benefit for jolt in the near future, but it seemed like a proper gesture to offer our help to Dan from the club in exchange for letting us use his space!

When Jimmy, Curtis & I started talking about who we thought should play this monumental show, the first choice felt obvious: it would be the perfect way to say goodbye to Bitter Truth. After a decade long tenure of holding it down for WMHC through thick and thin, they’ll be playing their farewell set sandwiched between modern hardcore legends and the best of the new school. In that spirit of bringing together both sides of the state via Tied Down x Free Space, we also needed a band hailing from the east & west: Kings Command. Stoked for our long time homies in Spaced to grace the Scheme stage once more too. Hope we see the whole MI scene for this one. Bring your dancing shoes. See you in October.
