Studio shots with recent work before I move studios. Hoping to document my studio practice/ studio trials and experiments much more at my new studio. I will miss this studio a lot. There has been such a great community here! Tidying my studio I’ve found many drawings and collages will post them soon! Most of them will be for sale! Don’t fear haggling with me either - I offer great deals! 😏 Buying a drawing from me really does directly help me keep making things 🌆 Thank you so much to @sophie.u.crawford for taking these pictures ! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - #artist#artiststudio #studio #penandinkdrawing

***Reposting as we have had to change the location, the session will now be taking place at : The Create Place in St. Margaret’s House, 29 Old Ford Road, E2 9PJ*** Shy Shares is an emerging collective of London-based musicians and sound artists. We are looking to develop a peer to peer network hosted by emerging duo Shynamique (Lucinda Purkis and Nihal J. Singh). We are beginners ourselves and this is a supportive space for musicians of all abilities to share tracks they are working on. We are looking for more people to join us in our upcoming session on Sunday the 3rd of May. This will be a space to share tracks you are working on, enjoy them together and receive feedback (optional), whilst sharing tea, snacks and stories. You can play a digital track / sing or play a song on an instrument. If you are sharing a digital track, please bring it ready to be played via your phone, laptop, USB stick, emailed over, etc. It is a space open to all genres with a particular interest in experimental / genre defying tracks. Please email [email protected] or message @kingkingstringball442 if you book a ticket and are unable to come, if you have any access requirements and you have any difficulty finding the location Event for 18+

Meet The Artist at Artist Open House Lucinda Purkis Lucinda Purkis is a multi-disciplinary artist based in South-East London, working across drawing, collage, quilting, and writing. Committed to world-building, their practice weaves together personal and collective mythologies, exploring queer and trans subjectivities, devotional aesthetics, and the city as a heightened symbolic site of dreams and despair. Drawing from poetry, iconography, diaries, and subcultural ephemera, they construct evolving and expansive narratives. Lucinda Purkis joined Sonsoles as a member in 2025 and they have printed her artworks for her Master Program here. They also contributed to SPS’s Peckham Festival Zine by designing the event key visual interpreting the idea of love expression in all forms. Come to meet them and explore their artworks in vibrant colours and in forms of screen printing, paintings, zines and textile arts.  @kingkingstringball442 —- Sonsoles Print Studio x Dulwich Festival Artist Open House 2026  📅 9–10 May 2026 / 16–17 May 2026 ⏰ 11am–5pm 📍 Unit 11, Print Village, Chadwick Rd, Peckham Rye, London SE15 4PU Book your visit online in advance (link in bio) Visit our website for the full programme schedule @artistsopenhse #DulwichArtistsOpenHouse #ScreenPrinting #PrintStudio #Peckham
