When I found Parkour it took me about a month to build up the courage to start and I wish someone had reassured me like this. 😂

Posting for accountability: Here is the work up and completion of a challenge this weekend. 10 min condensed to 1 min.
I've been working on speeding up the time it takes to get myself to do something. In this particular challenge, it wasn't so much the distance that I found trouble with but the wall grip that really messed with me. Overall I made a mountain out of a mole hill that @iamwavezilla quickly snapped me out of.
To my students, this is a process that you have/will go through and being able to trust your training will be invaluable.
As a coach of Parkour, putting myself in these situations gives me proximity to you guys. I know what you're going through because myself and the rest of the team put ourselves through it almost daily.
To sum it up: do the work, get your reps in, trust your training, and rip the bandaid off.

People were harmed, and the victims deserved to be heard the first time.
This is not unique to Parkour, but that does not make it acceptable. There is an even greater responsibility to act early, listen seriously, set boundaries, and protect people before harm happens.
I got these both on minimal hours of sleep and some stress caked on but Parkour never fails to set me right again. @iamwavezilla said hit the reverse and we got it done!

The sport of Parkour is so vast, that you don't need to know every move possible to have a good time. Just 1 or 2 will give you a good workout.
@iamwavezilla told me to try his line and at first I thought he wanted me to look foolish (jk 😂). He coached me through a completion and I'm pretty stoked about it!
