Rest in peace, Alex Ekubo ššļø
Gone too soon.
Nollywood lost a light, and our hearts feel it.

Rest in Peace, Alex Ekubo šļø
Itās almost unbelievable..
We just lost one of our Nollywood stars.
Alex Ekubo is gone, and itās painful.
Itās painful because he was more than an actor to us. He made us laugh, he made us feel, he represented Nigeria on screens both home and abroad. Now heās gone too soon.
To his family, I know words feel small right now, but please know that Nigeria is mourning with you. Your pain is our pain. May God give you strength that only He can give in this moment.
We will remember Alex for the joy he brought, the roles he lived, and the light he carried. May his soul find rest in perfect peace.
Nigeria has lost a star, but heaven has gained one.
Rest well, You will not be forgotten.

In Memory of J.P. Junior Pope šļø
Itās still hard to believe heās gone.
J.P. Junior Pope was more than an actor ā he was a light in Nollywood, a father, a husband, and a brother to so many who grew up watching him bring life to the screen.
We lost him too soon, but his energy, his laughter, and his dedication to his craft will never be forgotten.
Today, we remember the man behind the roles. The one who made us smile, think, and feel.
To his wife and his three children: your strength does not go unnoticed. We stand with you.
You are not alone in this. JPās legacy lives on in you, and in every fan who still replays his scenes and feels his spirit.
Nigeria misses you, JP.
Rest on, legend. Your work and your love will never fade.

THE GUARDIAN - EPISODE 2
The streets donāt sleep. And neither does he.
When danger strikes again, the Nigerian Guardian rises ā not for show, but for the people.
He stands for the child walking home safe.
He stands for the mother sleeping without fear.
He stands for the help that arrives when itās needed most.
This isnāt just a clip. Itās a promise.
And Episode 2 proves the promise still stands.

A TIMELY MOVE BY THE IGP -
ROTATION SAVES LIVES
The recent decision by the Inspector General of Police, Tunjidisu, to transfer over 1,000 policemen out of Delta State is not just administrative. Itās a step toward rebuilding public trust and combating crime at its root.
For too long, policemen have overstayed in one location. When that happens, they get familiar with the environment and unfortunately, with the criminals too. Familiarity breeds compromise. And when compromise sets in, justice suffers.
No policeman should spend more than 3 years in one place. Even 3 years is too long. Regular rotation keeps officers alert, professional, and independent. It breaks the cycle where bad actors build alliances with law enforcement instead of facing it.
If this same policy is adopted across all 36 states of Nigeria, we will see a real shift in how crime is handled. Fresh officers, fresh eyes, fresh accountability.
I commend the IGP and the Nigerian Police Force for this bold step. Let this be the standard, not the exception.

Carter Efe vs Portable:
The Day Voodoo Met Uppercut š„š
Portable: āI get jazz, I get spiritual power, nobody fit touch me!ā
Carter Efe: āAhn ahn, this na boxing ring, not shrine.ā
Result: 3 rounds of clean uppercuts, zero charms activated, voodoo went on vacation.
Lesson: You canāt cast spell on jab. You canāt fortify chin against clean shots.
Carter Efe came fit, Portable came with incense. Guess who went home smelling victory? š
Moral of the story: In the ring, fitness beats fetish every time.

An Open Condemnation:
The Public Execution in Delta State
Yesterday, in Delta State, the Nigeria Police Force did not arrest a suspect. They assassinated him.
Video evidence shows a young man seated on the ground, next to a police vehicle, surrounded by officers and civilians. He was not fleeing. He was not armed. He was pleading. His words were clear: āI know nothing about this. I can take you to the real culprit.ā
In response, an officer of the law raised an AK-47 and shot him dead. Instantly. Publicly. Proudly.
This violates every principle of justice:
Section 33 of the 1999 Constitution ā Right to life.
Section 36(5) ā Presumption of innocence.
Police Act 2020 ā Use of force must be proportional and lawful.
This was not a mistake. It was a message: āWe are judge, jury, and executioner.ā
To the Inspector General of Police and the Police Service Commission:
You cannot preach ācommunity policingā while your men carry out street executions. You cannot demand respect while your uniform becomes a death sentence.
Our demands are non-negotiable:
Immediate arrest and public prosecution of the officer involved.
Compensation and public apology to the victimās family.
Retraining and psychological evaluation of all officers in Delta State Command.
To the Nigerian people: Download the video. Share it. Archive it. Because when they deny it tomorrow, your phone will remember what their conscience forgot.
We are not criminals. We are citizens.
And we will not be slaughtered in silence.
