Mark has been busy in the kitchen and we've updated our menu. Added some new favourites like the King Cheese Melt and Smoked Pork Pouitne tha have been on our specials board. Also now offering our first pasta dish, the Market Pub Alfredo 😋

In 2000 we ran around Earl Grey School in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada to celebrate the recording of our debut album as Park-Like Setting - “School Day 2, Garbage Day 4”. Meera Singh took some great photos and we acted like the goofs that we are. On May 15, 2026, the group is back together and playing live on a stage at @kingcobpub in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and the room is small and the show is early and the vibes will be good. There will be rapping and scratching, and leaning forward towards the crowd (ouch back), and probably not jumping (ouch knees). Maybe the hands in the air thing. Friends who we rap with have said they will come rap too, but saying their names puts pressure on things and we don’t want that. It's time for more Blues & BB! This time we have the one and only JP Lepage aka @jellyphat playing with Gil Dudgeon on drums and @bassofgilles on bass. With it we'll be smoking some baby back ribs and chicken breasts and serving them up with our baked back beans, rice and coleslaw.
Another trifecta of goodness with the blues, food and drinks. The BBQ is available sometime around 5 and the music starts shortly after 8.
