Most know him as “Stevo” but I know him as Stephen, the man after my own heart, my first boyfriend, my first love and my amazing husband. I never knew I could be loved so intentionally, so gently and a love so close to the love of Christ until God gave me Stephen. He’s a gentle giant, quiet but fierce, gentle but firm, soft but true, God knew I needed Stephen in my life to balance my high energy chaos🥹💗
Fun fact: 4 years ago, on this very birthday, he asked me to be his girlfriend within 3 months of being the closest of friends and he brought me flowers and took me out to this lavish place (Omo it’s your birthday! Na me supposed Dey do am for you) but that just explained Stephen’s character. He has this insane ability to look past himself and put others first, he’s a saint compared to me sometimes! And I’ll never forget the servers words that day “ wow, it’s his birthday but he’s getting flowers for you? He’s a keeper!” And boy oh boy! 4 years loving you, 8 months in the most blissful marriage I could have ever prayed for? He really was a keeper!
