San Gorgonio Summit ⛰️
This was a tough yet fulfilling 19 mile trip along the Southfork trail! Standing at around 11,503 ft of elevation - San Gorgonio towers above everyone as the tallest peak in all of SoCal!
“From sand to snow” is a very accurate description of this trail! You’re gonna need lots of water, electrolytes, snow crampons, and an ice axe if you have one. Pretty amazing views and the snow really adds a new layer to the whole experience - it got pretty scary in some portions. The view is super memorable and I left some words of encouragement at the top of the summit for people to find! Good luck and stay safe - Cactus to Clouds is the next mission hoping to accomplish that soon! 😄🧗♂️
MT. BALDY SUMMIT
This one’s a tough one - at 10,064ft I was definitely needing to push through on the final stretch. Went up through Baldy Bowl trail to summit, then went down the Devils Backbone trail switching off onto Register Ridge at the very end. The descent down the mountain is extremely steep in some sections and can be pretty intense and scary if you slip or fall - there were a few moments where I needed to lock in or I may end up as another news headline… Bring hiking poles, have good hiking shoes, and bring lots of water - MT Baldy is a great challenge. 🏔️
Mt. Whitney 🏔️

Super excited for this to be my first 14,000 ft summit! Was absolutely breathtaking at the top and I would be lying if this hike didn’t take a lot out of me. Went pre-season to secure those coveted permits, but I can see why the snow scares a lot of people away 😅 We took the Mt. Whitney trail up and camped at Trail camp for a night; the ground was still covered in so much snow and ice - which was a new challenge for me and my friend! I am so thankful to live in a state that holds so much beauty and grandeur while still maintaining almost perfectly beautiful weather throughout our entire journey! Made it about 95% of the way to the summit but had to turn around due to safety with weather, and my hiking partner’s crampons had unfortunately broke during the ascent. Always respect the mountain, and safety/preparation will always grantee success. Hope to be back for the mountaineering route and finally bag this summit once and for all! 🧗♂️
Mt. Whitney 🏔️

The summit towers at around 14,505 ft elevation and considered the highest point in the lower 48 states of the USA. Mt. Whitney is considered one of the most premiere, challenging, and legendary hikes in the USA. This was our first attempt at summiting Mt. Whitney, we split this adventure into a two day backpacking trip which was both an insane and humbling experience. We decided to go pre-season in May, mostly because we were able to secure a lottery permit for this time, but also we wanted to test our snow mountaineering/winter camping skills as well. This was a true test of physical strength, mental fortitude, and strategic preparation. Truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever had the honor of visiting and really learned a lot throughout this whole adventure. Always remember to respect the mountain and know your limits. Safety and security should always be priority, while success is reliant on preparation - because no summit is worth dying over. Remember to leave no trace and always take a moment to stop and breathe. Thank you Mother Nature for your abundance and hope to be back here soon! 🏔️
An Unfamiliar Face 🏜️
Been recently falling back in love with shooting portraits - there’s so much freedom and world building you can bring with just a simple collection of photos. Letting the world around you breathe and slowly take over the frame.

Had the chance to get away this past July 4th and get back in touch with nature and also have the opportunity to test out some new gear that I recently purchased! I definitely plan on doing more of these kinds of trips and memorializing these moments with personal documentation that will hopefully bring some comfort and peace wherever you are in the world. A huge thank you to the beautiful @kenziesscloud and @tulsijshah for coming out on this random adventure and being down to roughing it for a few days 🙏

Been thinking and feeling a lot of different emotions these past few months - and not really sure on how to express them in a way that doesn’t end with me catching on fire… I’ve been experimenting with new tools and techniques to help capture the same sense of overwhelming emotions, and gonna start sharing more of these moments for my own creative sanity.
Maybe it’ll resonate with you, maybe it won’t. But overall, this is a personal creative experiment I want to continues sharing.
But please leave me a comment on what kinds of narratives/stories you can piece together with these sequence of images and videos? I’m really curious to see what people interpret/take away. 🙏
