💥 UFIT CHAMPION 💥
Priya came to UFIT for prenatal physiotherapy ahead of her second pregnancy, with the goal of staying strong, healthy, and prepared for both birth and post-partum recovery.
After just 3 months of consistent hard work, Priya started feeling the difference! She was stronger, more energised, and better equipped both physically and mentally compared to her first pregnancy.
