There is no such thing an overnight success… I learned this growing up watching my Dad. 💗 He was always starting some new business and chasing a BIG dream…. It was like being on a never ending roller entrepreneurial coaster ride…🎢 Most people would have given up if they’d faced bankruptcy as many times as he did…. but not my dad. The word “quit” wasn’t in his vocabulary. Watching his drive shaped me into the person I am. Which is to say… extremely determined… and a little bit delusional. ;) He taught me that failure wasn’t just a part of the journey to success; it was essential to it. Success is never a straight line. It’s a winding path full or roadblocks, challenges, and detours. You have to keep pushing forward despite them. Why am I sharing this? Because my Dad turned 78 this week! 🎉 And he just launched a new real estate business.
