Kiminte Kimhekim @kiminte founded Kimhēkim @maison_kimhekim in 2016 after training in Parisian Couture, transforming childhood memories of sewing with his grandmother into a language where intimacy meets structure. Moving between Seoul and Paris, he became in 2019 the youngest Korean official member of the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, presenting on the Official Paris Fashion Week® Calendar while refining a signature that balances delicacy, wit and subversion.
He sees social media as fashion’s most powerful current force, shifting influence from mass systems to individuals and allowing multiple perspectives to coexist. Optimistic about creativity as a language of beauty and coexistence, he values consistency above noise, describing his work as signals sent into space, trusting that someone, somewhere, will connect. As the brand evolves, he imagines it as a living organism, part heritage, part madness, part elegance, guided by one simple mantra: love yourself first.
