Goleta remodel project for the sweetest family!
While making decisions on this project, the guiding question was always “does it bring you joy”? And I think it’s safe to say the whole house now radiates warmth, joy and love.
See the last photos for some before shots 😳 This was a remodel project on a budget, yet a complete transformation. There were some surprises along the way, such as a completely rotted out beam supported by ?! & water/mold issues in the bathrooms. On the upside, there were solid oak stair treads beneath the old blue carpet!
