It's Wednesday night in the Lehigh Valley...active women, could you be having a blast riding a track bike next Wednesday night?
Kim Geist Coaching is back for Women's Wednesdays with the Valley Preferred Cycling Center. We started this program back in 2019, as a way for women to learn and/or progress in track cycling. Check out the feature video from Service Electric Cable TV to get an idea of what to expect in a class!
This year's classes will help you to achieve what you would like to get out of them - drop in for an experience or continue on with us throughout the season for camaraderie, fitness, and/or competitive goals.
Full information is at the link in bio.

For several years, it's been an unplanned tradition - Kim Geist Coaching athletes Mark Keup and Robert Kowal ending up at the Brian Piccolo Velodrome in Florida at the same time. These two riders chase the good riding weather and again find themselves on the track together!

Lindsey Nagy not only completed her first road event, but also raced onto the podium twice in the Women 4/5 at the Garden State Stage Race. She finished second in the Stage 2 road race and third in the Stage 3 circuit race.
These individual stages contributed to a fourth place in the mountains competition and fifth overall in the general classification.
Lindsey is off to a solid start for the season!

Kim Geist Coaching athletes have access to an extensive video library of strength and conditioning exercises. This week we have been adding a few more that have entered into our programming.
Although these videos are recorded at the Kim Geist Academy, where we work with athletes in person, remote athletes have access to these visuals and instruction on how to properly complete each exercise.
At a few hundred videos, our library mirrors our strength and conditioning programs - providing the variety and progression needed to support all types of athletes.

Jo Johnson has been a long-term athlete with Kim Geist Coaching. This past weekend she got on the bike for a 14th year with us! We are proud to be a part of her long-term commitment to the sport!
P.S. - That's a nice new kit for this year, Jo!

A family of Kim Geist Coaching athletes spent a month in Italy, turning their fitness into a gateway to adventure - tackling the iconic climbs, cruising the bikepaths, and exploring the coastal roads. It is a reminder that fitness goes beyond performance - it enables you to see more, do more, and truly enjoy the journey - especially when you can refuel with some of the most delicious food in the world!

Thank you to @nycbrit for all the support throughout the race and for making this trip possible. Also big thank you as always to @startracknyc@kimgeistcoaching and @shumskast for all the support.
Next race Good Friday track racing.
