Most of my friends know @prsa_orlando has been my professional home for nearly 15 years. After serving in almost every volunteer board role, including 2024 president, I now have the privilege of stepping into the delegate role as I close out my board tenure.
Of course, roles like this are never really over. My commitment to elevating this profession is only getting stronger.

First developed in 1950, the Code is grounded in six core values: advocacy, honesty, expertise, independence, loyalty, and fairness. It calls us to serve the public interest, uphold truth and accuracy, and keep advancing our profession through learning, research and growth.
That framework has shaped how I counsel clients, build partnerships, and show up for this industry every single day.
And truly, I would not be here without the community I’ve had the privilege to serve, support and grow alongside.
When people ask, “Why would you surround yourself with the competition?” my answer is always the same: “What competition? This is collaboration!”
This is community. We share, we show up and we push each other to be better.
So no, I’m not going anywhere. We’re just getting warmed up!
One of the projects I’m most proud of recently: supporting the first co-branded activation between Yelp and Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas, a fully earned partnership built on the strength of the experience itself.
200 Yelp Elite reviewers came out for an exclusive night, and the team delivered. Chef had guests going back for seconds (and thirds), the build-your-own taco bar was a whole moment, themed bevvies were flowing, and the energy from the DJ, roaming performers, photo booth, digital caricature artist and stacked swag bags kept things moving from start to finish.
Every detail was designed to be a moment worth sharing.

It’s Kay Day and we are CELEBRATING. 🎉 Happy Birthday AND happy retirement to the woman who literally willed a soccer club into existence and gave an entire city something to believe in. ⚽️ You don’t get a nickname like Kaylando unless you’ve changed the game. Kay Rawlins looked at Orlando and said “this city needs a soccer club” and then just… made it happen. Happy birthday, legend. This city is forever yours. 💜🦁 P.s. I left my car in the middle of the road with the door open to make it in time for the group photo and I have zero regrets.
My sweet friend Melissa aka @coachmummabear_ is just pure light. Truly one of those people who feels like sunshine in human form. Every time I’m around her I leave happier, lighter and so inspired. The best energy, the kindest heart, doing good work and loving BIG. She shows up for people in the most beautiful way and makes the world better just by being in it. So grateful to call her a friend.
