But there’s not so much happening behind the scenes in our dance music and nightlife culture. i never got around to posting this because so much happened last month. But last month was my one year anniversary at @themidwaysf . And I want to express how grateful I am for the team that has taken me under their wing, when they didn’t have to. This year has been so pivotal to my growth and so pivotal to how I show up for my community.Thank you @heyitsjk @jack_schuster @_westfest_ @brendanrward @iamhiyam for taking the time to teach me and mentor me every step of the way.Thank you to @phennyisme + @dustin.raphael for teaching me how much work goes into building shows.Thank you @katielovaglio + @dwata_ and @slvcker for helping me with all my last minute crazy marketing request.I appreciate all of you beyond words, and thank you for giving me the fuel to create @kilo.presents.I love it here and this first year has been a lot of work but I wouldn’t trade it for anything else in the world. I truly love this and the things we are creating.Thank you, beyond words and cheers to even more years

“ BLOCK PARTY “•• We are just 2 weeks out from one of the biggest parties of the year, the @rnbandribs block party featuring Ashanti & Trey Songz as well as some of the bays best DJs all coming together this Labor Day for a party you don’t want to miss!••A few months ago, during the planning of the party we were asked to activate the @888garagesf with a Silk takeover, there were a few names that came to mind when we started planning. First was, @djdarlingcool a personal favorite of ours, and is as lovely as they are talented! Second, a SoundCloud legend, whose remixes & edits are still getting rinsed throughly in our sets, the one and only @zikomobeats !•• The final tier of tickets are selling out quickly so get you and yours one and meet us at The Garage!
