We’ll post details closer to the time but DM me to let me know if you’re planning on come so we have a rough idea on numbers. Might try to make some treats if I have time.

One year since our first date. Elle is my person. I love her. I’m looking forward to many more years of goofy and sappy photoshoots, delicious food, cathartic tears and everything else wonderful about being with her.

Myself and @yooneytunes are moving to Europe so we’re selling as much of our stuff as we can before we do. Come by, say hey and maybe grab some nice kitchen stuff at the same time.

“Patty Melt” Fried spicy Italian sausage Fried yellow onion American cheese Peasant bread (buttered and toasted on 1 side) I’ve been working on this for a while. It’s definitely not a traditional Patty Melt which is made with ground beef but damn is the seasoning in a spicy Italian sausage just right. Method: 1. Take sausage out of casing (if you bought them as links). Fry in a pan until it’s cooked fully and there are some nice crispy bits in the mix. 2. Scrape contents of the pan into a sieve and let most of the fat drip through. 3. Add some of the fat back to the pan and cook the diced onion in the reserved fat on medium-low heat until golden and soft. 4. Strain the onions to get rid of the excess fat. 5. Butter 2 slices of bread on one side each and toast on a pan or griddle, buttered side down until golden. 6. Let bread cool a little either on a wire rack or simply lean them together standing upright so that the steam being let off doesn’t make the bread soggy 7. In a small pan on medium-low heat, portion out some of the fried sausage and onion in a ratio you like and top with 2 slices of American cheese. Cover with a lid/plate to allow steam the cheese and get it nice an melty more quickly. 8. Take one slice of bread, toasted side down and slide the contents of the pan onto the bread. 9. Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half 10. CRUNCH! And enjoy.

I was doing some work earlier and found myself air-drumming super hard along to the songs I was listening to. It made me so happy. So I thought it would be fun to record myself drumming along to @paramore ’s Looking Up cause it’s fun as hell and cause I can’t wait to say that phrase for real about what’s going on with this pandemic.

I got my first tattoo last week. I love it. I got it as an anchor for when I’m feeling anxious or overwhelmed. For anyone who has played Celeste, I got the idea from the moment on the cable car. Thanks to @paulflatfish143 for the gorgeous work.
