Next Gig in Japan
@downunderbarchiba . We're having a ball, & trying new things. There are such great people in the Japanese scene and the calibre of bands is fantastic 👊😎
Our deepest apologies to the first few bands at

Turtrize, Crowned in Ruin and Dorochys,(at least we got to see Dorochys in sound check, and we had a jam with Chris from Crowned in Ruin at a jam bar with my mate Damo -Damian Vernon legend from the
@royalmailgoodna blues scene, after the gig) but we moshed out to Sake Ritual.
The reason we were late was that Eva went out for a walk in Osaka city and got lost, and her phone died. It was a freaking out moment.
But she somehow made it back and was very distraught. We quickly grabbed our gear & jogged and fast walked the 2kms to Hokage from the unit with our gear. We made it to the venue and had to go straight on stage and set up, thats how close we were cutting it.
We were stressed and exhausted, but the gig went off!!! Thank you Sano. Next morning was time to jump on the bullet train for Tokyo and then change multiple stations and train companies to get to our unit at Shimbamba. We got off on the wrong station and had to walk another 2kms or so to our unit with our gear lol 🤦😅
We're keeping fit.

What a great venue, state of the art set up here, super impressive and
@tikalzgiant is such a lovely, cool and welcoming club owner.
The bands all blew us away.

Ziggy and I went back the following night to see
@chronometer_jp with support from
@te_band ,
@cissne_jpn &
@operationmosquito_official -again blown away by the talent.
@yu_kitajo singer of Chronometer is a bloody legend too and used to be in the Brisbane Punk scene with Blowhard and
@ben.gabba defs check them out, they have some amazing film clips too.
Anyway, time for bed and to toss & Turn & dream about navigating the efficient, amazing and confusing Tokyo rail system 😅
