Recently a post of my before and after pictures on @gray_aesthetics page went viral and there were soooo many questions, speculation, and accusations lol.
In the world of social media, editing and filters… I strive to provide transparency when it comes to any cosmetic procedures I’ve had because I know I’m not alone in my struggles. For years I compared myself to ig models/influencers. After 100 lb natural weight loss I had 3 skin removal elective surgeries between 2021-2023. And I still felt like my face made me look “heavy”… I tried different tools and devices for lymphatic drainage and crazy looking compression garments that claimed to slim and contour the face and jaw line… nothing worked lol… I had seen some people talk about masseter tox on tik tok but wasn’t sure if I was a good candidate. Fast forward to fate introducing me to Reena Gray, the lovely wife of one of my clients at the Studio and when I found out she did aesthetic treatments, it was a wrap! I went in for a little lip filler touch up and she told me I was a perfect candidate for masseter tox! I didn’t have a “fat face” my masseters were so enlarged from being overworked from grinding my teeth which basically is like taking your jaw muscle to the gym every day…
Since early 2024 I’ve been getting masseter tox every 3-4 months.
And let me tell you WORTH 👏🏻 EVERY 👏🏻 PENNY 👏🏻
Not only is my face sooo much slimmer, the relief from grinding my teeth is honestly incredible.
I am so lucky I found an injector I trust to use different treatments and techniques to provide facial balancing. To prevent jowls and enhance my existing features we slowly added in chin and cheek filler. After a year we started doing EZ Gel under the eye, nasal folds, marionettes, jaw line and additional chin feathering. She used a combination of traditional filler as a foundation with the EZ gel on top to provide longer lasting results!
I trusted the process and I couldn’t be happier with my journey 🫶🏻💕 thank you Reena

If you don’t know me, my name is Kat. I’m 32, I work 7 days a week, I have 2.5 jobs, 3 fur babies, ADHD, and a love for Chicken Wings and Birthday Cake.
I do not have kids. I’m not married. I sold my home. I moved in with my parents. I opened this insanely crazy business. I went back to work full time. I moved into an apartment on my own. I cry like a substantial amount. And I have no idea what I’m doing…. But I’m doing it. When I’m tired, when I’m sad, when I’m broke, when my back hurts, when it’s after midnight or 6am, when I don’t want to, when I don’t even know how to get out of bed… I do it.
