We’re looking to create an editorial board of representatives from different local scenes (state, county, city, province) to pick 1-2 monthly releases from those scenes and discuss monthly releases from other scenes.

KILLCOMM is trying to KILL[EMO] with CLASS PICTURES, a series discussing the sociological history of bands that have been called “emo” - whether they like it or not.
What will be discussed:
1. Different bands, scenes, movements from 1980 to present.
2. How those bands and scenes felt about the “emo” label
3. How other people felt about them
4. The shifting context of meaning surrounding “emo”, “screamo”, “scene”
What will NOT be discussed:
1. What is “real emo”
2. What is “fake emo”
3. Fugazi (just kidding we’ll be talking about them for a few months at this rate)
Episode 1 will be uploaded before the end of March.
