Killa Design has revealed @jumeirah Residences Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. A sculptural new waterfront landmark shaped by a future-driven design philosophy, responding to how people live, how cities evolve, and how buildings endure over time.
The 186-metre tower is conceived as a fluid, sculpted form, challenging the more rigid typologies of Al Maryah Island and marking the prominent southern tip with a strong yet elegant presence.
At its centre, a cantilevered orbital ring forms a sky deck with ultra-luxury amenities and 360-degree views across Abu Dhabi, including a glass-bottom pool that creates a visual connection as a lens, between the building, water and city beyond.
Designed by Will Hosikian, Design Principal & Partner at Killa Design @will_hosikian , the project is designed with longevity at its core, aligning architectural expression with hospitality-led living and conceived as a lasting addition to Abu Dhabi’s evolving skyline.

Shebara Resort by Killa Design lines the shoreline with stainless-steel ellipsoids, prefabricated in the UAE and powered entirely by solar—operating at net-zero water, waste, and energy. Inside, Studio Paolo Ferrari shapes fluid steel furnishings, while Rockwell Group crafts immersive dining destinations, layering oak, plaster, and stone with the island’s spirit. It’s a futuristic oasis that feels both otherworldly and perfectly at home.

Set on a private peninsula along Dubai’s coastline, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab by Killa Design completes a trio of architectural landmarks that define the city’s waterfront.
Conceived as a world class hospitality and lifestyle destination, the project takes inspiration from the fluid form of a luxury superyacht. Its sculpted curves and flowing geometry create a strong connection to the sea, offering a sense of movement and elegance from every angle.
The development includes 386 guest rooms and suites, signature penthouses, branded residences, and a full service marina with berths for luxury yachts. Every element is carefully designed to bring architectural distinction to its iconic setting on the Arabian Gulf.
