After the Shingletons owner passed away in 2021 the building which had fine tuned sewing machines for over 60 years was sold, but the pandemic and upgrades hampered the opening of the new @kiitosbrewing Sugar House until recently, opening only in the past two months.

The warm and inviting interior features the same billboard, hand painted signs in its interior, vintage Singer machines and comfortable seating as a neighborhood tap house. The original building from 1911 doubled in size by 1950 in the city plot maps on the last slide showing the current size. The design is an homage from the past into the future featuring roses in honor of the owners passing and a blue thread of Kiitos branding sewing in a peony’s bouquet with seeds to grow in the neighborhood.

As our second foray into alternative grains we have partnered with Sustain-A-Grain for the 50 in 50 project, which aims to bring the perennial grain Kernza to breweries across the country. This hoppy lager was brewed with 100% Kernza and exclusively uses a new exiting hop named Audacia. Subtle notes of huckleberry, lavender, and currant meld with fruity nutty flavors of Kernza.

The Putts & Pints Mini Golf League features 5 weeks of tournament play on a 9 hole mini golf course starting December 4, 2025.
Trophies & prizes are awarded every round so come flex your mini golf skills, sink some putts, drink some delicious beverages & compete for prizes while you par-tee.
