May 4 to 10 is Mental Health Week. This week we are reminded of the importance of emotional well-being for children, youth, and the families who support them. Mental health matters at every age and reaching out for help is a sign of strength. A few simple ways to support your child this week: 1️⃣ Create a consistent routine. Predictability can reduce anxiety and help children feel safe. 2️⃣ Keep the conversation open. Let your child know their feelings are valid and that they can always come to you. 3️⃣ Take care of yourself too. Caregiver well-being matters.
