When a theft goes awry, a veteran pickpocket is sent on a mission through New York to reclaim the stolen goods.
A multi-generational New Yorker, Segan shot the film across Brooklyn, the Bronx neighborhood his grandfather grew up in, and on 26th Street where he was raised, capturing a city that’s always changing and somehow never does.
