ESCAPE PLAN ⛰️ HAZY PALE ALE
The second release in our Hazy Pale Expedition Series sees relative newcomer Manilita leading the way, with old faithful Motueka providing solid support from the co-driver’s seat. Think stonefruit and tropical character layered over zesty citrus with some subtle floral top notes. As always, hopped like an IPA but easy drinking like a pale ale should be!
CALL OF THE VOID 🗣️ BLACK IPA
From the deep dark depths below it beckons you. Bitter and black as the night, its allure a strange, inexplicable paradox. Piney, dank and resinous, it calls your name but how will you respond?
POETIC LICENCE ⚪️ DDH HAZY IPA
We brewed this DDH Hazy IPA with our new pals from @superfluxbeer as a fusion of our 2 house styles. From grain bill to water profile to fermentation and dry hopping approach, we tweaked everything to bring about something unique and representative of both our brands. We hope you love the end result as much as we enjoyed coming together in Marrickville to brew it for you guys!
SPIRALLING 🌀 AMERICAN IPA
American IPA was the style that got a lot of people into craft beer back in the early years. Brewed with a more pronounced malt profile, Spiralling sees us revisiting a classic hop that we’ve not used in a while, Mosaic. Paired with Chinook it delivers a classic American IPA character loaded with pine, citrus and berry over the chewy malt base. Enjoy!

We’re back from our trip to Japan, where we hired a car to visit some smaller cities and towns, went hiking, drank sake and witnessed an abundance of cherry blossoms. We arrived home to a huge weekend at the taproom with Hop Harvest Fest in beast mode 😳 big thanks to @kampai_cam and @joabyjojo holding down the fort while we were away and to everyone who visited over the weekend!
ZEN STATE 🧘🏻♀️ DDH Hazy Double IPA
The last of our April releases and the final beer we showcased at The Gathering in the Blue Mountains, Zen State is a super hoppy indulgence. Hopped with 2 lots of Citra, 2 lots of Motueka and Freestyle Hops' cult fave Peacherine, it's rich, decadent and incredibly complex to the last sip!
