Join @jade_charon and I, for a community dance circle and film screening of Restore Film at the @sherman.phoenix this Saturday, January 26 from 12:30-2:30pm. We welcome all movers(young, old, experienced, non experienced) and musicians to come and jam out. Musicians we encourage you to arrive 11:00-12:00 to set up the drum circle. Please share with dancers and musicians around Milwaukee. We want to build a community of radical love, joy, and movement.

This last weekend our dancers accomplished so much. The Davis Dancers of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee represented themselves very well.
Naeli choreographed her very first dance routine and was awarded 3rd place. Naeli is only 12 and is a passionate dancer who is already on track to being a great leader.
The Davis Dancers large group was awarded first place in their category. I'm so happy with their work efforts this last week. They had to restage their entire dance in two days because of two students unforeseen injuries. A job well done! The older dancers really stepped up and nurtured the younger dancers through the process of learning new formations and choreography. Real team work at its finest.
Congratulations to our newest member Dani for being nominated for Monsters kids cast. She deserves so much. Also congratulations to Ariah for receiving a scholarship to a future monsters event.
Thank you @reggiestiebs , @monstersdance , @bgcmilwaukee , Hank Aaron Foundation and @brewers for providing this opportunity! I would like to also thank all of the teachers who have worked with our dancers in past. Their success is a continuation of your legacy. It takes a village.
