My current breakfast bowl obsession at Kick Butt Coffee in Austin, Texas. Two freshly cracked scrambled eggs with cheddar, crispy bacon, grilled veggies, fresh sliced avocado, free jalapeño slices, and a hot cup of coffee on the side. Simple combo, but it hits every time. The avocado + bacon + jalapeño combo goes kind of crazy, especially when the eggs are fresh off the grill and the coffee is strong enough to wake the whole dojo. Old Austin breakfast energy in a bowl. Coffee shop by day. Live music venue by night. All ages. Free parking. Good food.
