Unique Material: The vessels are crafted from a special, regional blend of ground black serpentinite stone and local brown clay.
The Finish: After being fired in a traditional open bonfire, the vessels acquire their iconic, deep, matte black color and earthy texture.

Purpose: The Khorvam is specifically designed for enjoying local rice beer (such as Zutho), and is often featured in major festivals and ceremonies, like the Feast of Merit.
Design: It is typically a simple, robust mug featuring a strong, ergonomic handle. The handle is sometimes wrapped in natural cane for a comfortable grip and tribal aesthetic.
Practicality: The natural composition is believed to be rich in iron and is excellent at retaining temperature.

It is attained from Weather rock and Serpentinite which are peculiar to Longpi village.
The two stone are crushed into powder, mixed with water and kneaded for clay formation that is stone-smoothed by hand and fired on-site at 1200 degree Celsius, and for the reason that #pnpcookware is light weight and durable.
