Presenting everyone my new labour of love- Baroda Premier League- The Anthem. This film couldn’t have been possible without serious contribution from everyone involved in it. A special special shoutout to my partner in crime on this film @adelepereira27 who lead this project with me from the scratch. A big thank you to team @tcm.platform @vidur_naik for giving us the opportunity and trusting us with this anthem and @whyakshita for being the bridge she has been. Getting everything together for this film was not easy and to do that in just couple of days hats off to my line producer @gopalkrishna_gehlot . A big thank you to our Dop’s @amar.vyas.336 & @hiteshmistry_ who gave their 200% and beyond to give us shots after shots at 40+ degrees centigrade. Another hats off to our editor @mohit_salwan_ @bijesh.dutta for toiling day and night to meet our deadlines and never saying no. This film would not have been possible without a strong producer on field so a big big thanks to @ketanlamba who took to the street in literal sense to get everything done right. No film is complete with the mothership that handles and steers the team and a big shoutout to one such person who pushed us to take this challenge on and made sure everything falls in place @aratisingh thank you for this one! What’s an anthem without a great music so thank you @kedarandbhargav for creating a universal sound that is up and beyond. TRIBUTE! Today marks 100 years since the birth of a man whose spirit and love shaped our lives in ways words can hardly capture. Though he left us years back, but his memory remains as vivid and warm as ever. My grandfather was more than just a family member, he was a mentor, a source of wisdom, and a reminder of what it means to live with kindness and purpose. He was strong, practical and authoritative, yet he had a light-hearted side, always ready with a joke and a warm smile. He was the kind of person who made heads turn as he stepped into the room, his personality so commanding that everyone in the room could feel it to the core. The faint hint of cigar smoke takes me straight back to my childhood, to those moments when I’d step into his room and found him lazing on the armchair enjoying his music. The classical Indian and Sufi music, something I’ve come to appreciate deeply over the years and found joy in it myself. In every story shared, in every quiet moment of reflection, and in every lesson passed down, he’s here. I am grateful to have known him, and though I wished he could have been here to celebrate this milestone, I know you’re with us in spirit, watching over us with your smile. Here’s to you, Daddy, and to the love and legacy you left behind… Happy Birthday! Yours MACHA!
