After moving to Africa, I made a conscious decision to be present, evolve, & really live. Honestly a luxury I wish for everyone. But while I was offline, I wasn’t idle. I’ve been building. And my goals have already outgrown what I once thought was possible. God is good.

I opened up my first store in Lagos Nigeria! @lavalagos is the next fashion space to take over the continent. im still trying to find the words to explain this feeling, but everytime i try theres no words beautiful enough. You're seeing prayers, blood, sweat and tears in this one. Although its only my third time in Nigeria, this love runs deep. To everyone that's been stopping by and showing support, im so thankful. Thank you God for choosing me to have the vision and heart to execute, I am a vessel. I thought my dreams were crazy before, but it's only getting crazier. So what's next? EVERYTHING!

Flew from Lagos to DC to be inducted by my Uni, Howard University into the @jumpman23 Legacy. It feels great to be seen, esp during my time away building and soaring to new heights in Africa. The work and sacrifice over the years never go unnoticed, even when you think no one is watching.
I just continue to do better, and then once I do my best I do even better than that.
