I been trying to get my daughter in the gym for years…
felt like I was pulling teeth.
one day she motivated… next day she annoyed.
sneaking snacks… eating clean in front of me…
then ordering enough food to feed a whole family when the house went to sleep…
and I watched it… weight going up week by week…
breathing getting heavier…
and as a father… that hurt different.
I tried talking.
I tried pushing.
I tried introducing it little by little…
nothing stuck.
so I stopped forcing it.
and I changed me.
I became the example. Now she watching me transform in real time…
