Frames from “EXPRESSIONISMUS” for @feral.magazine
A visual story suspended between presence and disappearance, where light and shadow shape emotion and transform the body into a living sculpture. Inspired by early 20th-century German Expressionism and reimagined through a contemporary perspective, the project explores tension, instinct and theatrical beauty through architecture, movement and contrast.
Deep shadows, sharp contrasts and tension-filled atmospheres transform body and architecture into narrative tools. The model becomes an intense sculptural figure that emerges and blends with the space: ruins, stone, stairways and narrow passages become part of the visual narrative. Black, white and red amplify the emotion: light that reveals, darkness that absorbs, red as the color that vibrates of energy and instinct. Fluid and graphic silhouettes evoke the visual language of Expressionist cinema, reinterpreting it with a contemporary sensibility between couture, theatricality and formal exploration.
The body is the gesture, living architecture, a dramaturgical element.
