Starting this winter, we will now be operating out of Eleven Revelstoke Lodge in the heart of downtown Revelstoke. Don't worry, the ski experience at Kingfisher Heli won't change one bit. We'll still be providing exceptional access to over 300,000 acres of powder-filled terrain in the Monashees, Pinnacles, and Valhallas, now just alongside these cool new digs. Ski and stay with us this winter for a heli-ski trip unlike any other!

To round out our meet the team series - meet Rob Sim (@theeffensearch ), Kingfisher’s resident snowboard powder hound, and all-time best camera man. His mind almost exploded when we asked what his favorite run is (“There’s just too many to choose from...three different zones over multiple different ranges...impossible!”) but there is one thing he’s sure of — “Despite my powder hunting obsession that’s taken me all over the world, I’ve never found anything as good as home here in BC.”
Introducing Kauri Howell, commonly found slashing pow on mega-long runs. His favorite run? “Any that end with smiles,” he says, which thankfully tends to be the norm around Kingfisher.
Introducing Kingfisher guide, Matt Scholl (@powder_8s ). Word on the hill is that he can’t get enough of the Valhallas, where he says “every day is truly an adventure.” Fortunately for him, he’s so busy exploring new terrain that you’ll just have to go ski with him to see what he’s all about!

Meet Kine Denstad (@whereiskine ), who’s most commonly found wiping grins across her guests’ faces on deep powder runs. She lives for skiing powder and shredding her favorite run at Kingfisher, Wolverine Creek, a most amazing 500+ year old cedar forest that she swears is “like skiing in a cathedral.”

Next up on our meet the team series is Matt Devlin, Kingfisher’s Director of Operations. When he isn’t busy being the head honcho (which luckily is still epic even on its “worst” days), Matt’s likely shredding his favorite run, Spring Break, or reminiscing on the many great years he’s called BC’s backcountry his office.
