Kate led a two day Morning Pages writing workshop at Ridgway Bar & Grill hosted by Books on Third. Attendees were able to learn from Kate and enjoy Clifford’s famous pastries in the process (IYKYK)!

A few weeks back, I had the joy of attending the Islanders Write conference, and it was such a wonderful day. I loved having the opportunity to meet fellow authors, share space with so many creative voices, and be part of such a meaningful gathering.

I met the beautiful and fabulous Maple today - the newest member of the family. She was found malnourished and mangy on Thanksgiving, returned to health and happiness at an Atlanta shelter, and is now happily at home with Maddy and Harry.
