INTRODUCING NEW SIGNATURE DINNER SERIES 🥂 A Gastronomic Experience with Chef Alberto Leandri
This spring, Chef Leandri returned to his birthplace: Venice.
Before sunrise, he visited the Rialto Fish Market, which has operated along the same canal since the 11th century. He ate in the Bacari, where some of the city’s best food has always lived, the way locals do: standing up, with cicchetti in one hand and an ombra of wine in the other. He did not go to research. He went to remember, to taste the flavors he grew up with again.
And he came back with a menu.
On May 21, that menu will become the beginning of our Signature Dinner Series. Seven courses from the lagoon, the Bacari, and the handmade pasta tradition of the Veneto.
For Chef Leandri, these are not culinary references. They are memories.
With every course, Chef Leandri will be present to introduce each dish with Italian wine pairing, sharing the memories, traditions, and flavors behind the menu, not as a lesson in Italian cuisine, but as an invitation into the city that shaped him.
