@keys.development and Connexions: A Community Based Arts School (
@connexionsbalti ) were truly blessed to come together in collaboration to take 50 of our young men to the
@underarmour Waterfront Headquarters campus.
Our young men received a full tour of the facility, where they were able to learn the history behind the brand, hear firsthand how vision, discipline, and consistency built something global, and gain insight into the many career paths available beyond just athletics. They were exposed to opportunities in business, design, marketing, leadership, and innovation, helping to expand their thinking about what is possible for their future.
They also had the opportunity to engage with professionals, ask questions, and see what excellence looks like in a real-world environment. Experiences like this are powerful because they plant seeds, build confidence, and show our young men that they belong in these spaces.
To top it off, each young man was blessed with the opportunity to shop and select items of their choice, making the experience both impactful and memorable.
We are grateful for opportunities like this, and we pray that we can continue to build, collaborate, and create pathways that uplift, educate, and empower our people. Shoutout to the
