"Boiled Realities" out now!
I composed these songs at the end of 2023 in an interesting moment of my life. I was just invited by the legendary music enthusiast @markodelgrande who found my music through his deep love for music digging to perform for the first time as Key Ratio in my 2nd home country India. That gave me huge inspiration and will to write something more dance oriented than the previous album. For the other I had serious health issues and writing music helped to distract from that and process difficult emotions. On top of it all I was screwing with my realities every day, all day and often couldn't remember which dimension I was in, or how to return to the one I was born in.
Just as the characters of my favorite author Micheal G. Manning whose audio books I've listened to constantly the last years which already gave me huge inspiration for my "Coming Home" album and also gifted the words sampled in this release.
The idea was to create emotional safe dance music which I needed at that point of my life. The chord progressions and harmonies are composed in a way that they keep me emotionally secure, with cute and positive feelings without drifting off into too much cheesiness.
Special thanks goes out to
@tvielmetter for being the driving soul behind Never Not Now and enabling me to release my music on our platform.
@whrikk for the ultra cute artwork
And @alterfritzmuzik for creating those animations.
"Coming Home" my 2nd full length album is out today on @nevernotnow_net .

Using an analog modular system to turning frequencies and voltage into visuals.
For the past two months I finally started to build my new @seres_studio in my new home out on the nature which I've been renovating for the last 12 months.
The first step I took was to open up the ceiling above the studio to the attic and use the entire attic as a massive base trap/ absorber. 60cm of wood fiber insolation with an 80m2 attic with angled walls behind will give me bass absorbtion down to the lowest sub bass ranges.
Below the wood fiber I added an thin layer of hemp insolation felt to avoid possible air drafts/ heat lost and close gaps for insects etc. Below that partly a hand printed cotton fabric I found in India 2 years ago where I watched it being made in a factory and partly an organic unbleached cotton fabric, mostly for decoration but also to avoid fibres raining on the studio from the hemp.

I had all my albums and EPs removed from Spotify!
I can and will not support or collaborate with evil, aggressive capitalist entities—especially not with my art, which I create from my heart and with all my love.
Daniel Ek, the founder of Spotify, is a typical, disgusting billionaire creature who, on top of stealing money from artists, invests what he steals into the weapons industry, directly linked to countless atrocities.
Therefore, effective immediately, my music is only available on other streaming platforms as well as the usual sources such as Bandcamp.
I’ve personally used Tidal for a while now, and I'm quite satisfied with it.
I know my actions have little to no impact—those couple of thousand streams I had won't make a difference to anyone but me.
They never really paid me any money anyway, because of their questionable tactics aimed at stealing money from independent musicians.
Still, it's been the main platform where my music was listened to, and having people hear my music is important to me.
I mainly create for the love of creating and because it's like an inner itch that I have to satisfy, but it still lights up my heart when I see others enjoying it too.
Spotify has not just stolen income from all of us and done the things mentioned above—the way the platform is designed and how they push you to release your music has also done horrible things to the creative process.
The art of albums is getting lost, music gets released in soulless single structures, and people think more about how the music will generate streams than about the soul of it.
Even if I won’t make any difference, I have to follow what feels right—and maybe, maybe I can inspire one or another artist to do the same.
Now more than ever, it's time to boycott Spotify and move onward.
Big thanks to my label family at Never Not Now and our distributor Zebralution, who supported me in the process and acted swiftly.
Sometimes you are so busy cooking, you don’t remember which reality you’re in. It’s important to find the best ingredients for each dish, with the right amount in the key ratio.
This one could be served to a dancing audience, while tripping around, or while cooking.
Cooking, food, beats, or whatever you like — just boil it hot! Breaks, big basslines, cute pads, and nifty grooves—served from somewhere between dimensions and Key Ratio’s Berlin studio.
