The first thing Iāll always give gratitude and be thankful for is my team, the amazing athletes on the team, my amazing friends who supported me through my journey from the start. My team who helps keep this pushing, helping my vision become a reality. Thereās been many of times I have sat to my self and just felt destroyed, felt like I had no purpose, felt like everything I was doing for years would just lead to nothing. By the grace of god, obsession in what I do, and passion for the bodybuilding and mental health world is what made this be what it is today. Itās been hard to adapt to these new things in life that I once thought was a fairy tale, I havenāt been the best person I can be in these last few years but I understand what I have to do in order to become that person and itās a work in progress. To many more adventures, films, passion projects, and most importantly events, love you guys none of this is possible without your attention.

Mental barriers, mental blocks, doubt, uncertainty, is called holding on. Let go, let your self fall and keep climbing, the beauty of life doesnāt lie at the end point, the beauty is in the climb, and donāt do it scared, donāt do it thinking about what if and what happens when. Best event we have ever thrown in my entire life, itās surreal seeing the community that has been built here between controlled insanity, itās a crazy thing to have people so alike be together, this is what lifeās about, I will always give back to what I have prayed for, love you all. Too many more.

Super grateful for Every experience here, I donāt care what anybody says, Iāll stand on my decisions and words no matter what anyone says, this community is my world and I will always continue to give back to every single person. Every convo I had was meaningful and brought life, not just a smile and a picture, true people with true stories, I love my entire team and I appreciate everyone that helps me, Iām a man whoās never experienced leadership as Iāve always been tucked away in the corner, but I promise you, this obsession I have will not be beat.
In all seriousness, I finally feel like my self again, being so overweight had me in a different mindset that truly did not feel like me. Up to my daily lifestyle, up to my values, up to my appreciation and motivation of life. Thatās why I always preach taking care of your mental health, and how your choices will affect it. 12 weeks of misery to take my life back.

This one truly felt like we were in stranger things haha, we were able to rent out an entire inactive nuclear power plant, which the history of it was pretty cool to learn. Surreal experience when inside you would echo like never heard before. Super complex film location which was great for our mental health message in this film- it was to show you how itās always you VS you mentally, you can either be your worst enemy or best friend. Choose wisely.
