Resentment can be your own worst enemy.
When you see someone winning, turn that into motivation, inspiration, and genuinely wanting them to succeed.
It’s the only way to live. 🙏

Wow, what a week at @ultabeauty World and FLC in Orlando!
Glamnetic took home Brand of the Year for Nail at the annual Ulta Beauty Awards.
For context: there are over 600 brands across Ulta and only 11 awards were handed out. To be recognized in that room, for that category, means a lot.
But honestly, the award wasn’t even the best part of the week.
Getting on the floor and connecting with Ulta store managers and consumers IRL was awesome. Hearing directly from the people who champion our brand in stores every day, from customers who genuinely love what we’ve built, and also getting to educate people who still haven’t heard of Glamnetic yet.
To the entire @glamnetic team, congrats. You should be very proud!
And to our partners at Ulta Beauty, thank you
This week on Founder2Founder, Aaron sits down with @keving : founder of Kombo Ventures and co-founder of Glamnetic and INH Hair, the team behind one of the fastest-growing beauty brands to hit nine figures.
Kevin’s journey isn’t a straight line.
From early hustles to talent management, from working alongside huge influencers to building consumer brands at scale, his path has been defined by pressure, pivots, and learning in real time.
Glamnetic went through a three-year pivot, hard decisions, and moments that tested everything, from confidence to leadership to long-term vision.
In this episode, they unpack:
• What it actually takes to scale from zero to $100M
• Navigating rapid growth, setbacks, and major pivots
• The role of mental toughness in high-stakes environments
• Balancing ego, confidence, and leadership as a founder
• Why patience and long-term thinking win
If you’re building through uncertainty, facing pressure, or trying to scale something meaningful, this is a real look at what it takes.

Read a book called The Ideal Team Player a few years ago and it completely make me rethink how we hire.
We focus on three things: Humble. Hungry. Smart.
• Humble means low ego
• Hungry is driven, takes initiative
• Smart is strong judgment + EQ
When someone has all three, culture and performance level up fast and this is now a core part of how we build our team.

This week reminded me why I love entrepreneurship so much.
I got to speak at two events in Miami and connect with so many incredible founders — the excitement, the ambition, the creativity… it’s always very inspiring. One big takeaway - as a founder it can be lonely sometimes and it’s important to develop relationships with others that can be mutually beneficial and supportive. Make the extra effort to do that.
Appreciate everyone who came up to chat — let’s keep building. 🚀
Deciding to pivot in business is real- it takes lots of critical thinking, analysis, and in the end a gut instinct to make a decision that you think is best and being willing to jump into the unknown.
When beauty meets the big leagues.

Proud of the teams bringing this to life. 💥
Headed to the jungle for a few days with my YPO forum for our annual retreat. Every month, the eight of us meet for four hours and discuss the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur, navigating life, and other incredibly valuable convos. Everything we say to each other is completely confidential and we are all connected by the fact that we are going through similar things. I have created lifelong bonds in this group and I am honored to call each of them a friend.
