Another incredible night of theatre at @dundeerep seeing Confessions of a Shinagawa Monkey last night. I was totally blown away by it! The impressive use of lighting, sound and puppetry made the whole thing so immersive. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anything quite like it on a stage of this size before. And what a talented cast too! Bravo @vanishingpointvanishingpoint , what a compelling and captivating show!

Another great play from this year’s festival was Lost Girl, written and performed by Amy Lever.
Lost Girl is a solo piece of theatre exploring girlhood through the lens of Jewish-Arab Heritage.
Amy firmly held the audience throughout this thought provoking and captivating piece of storytelling and I was impressed at how vividly she brought the story to life. Thank you so much for the invite Amy 🙏 @lost.girlplay2024
It’s taken me long enough, but am finally getting round to looking back on the Fringe and highlighting some of the great things I saw there this year. First up is Oor Theatres ‘Singing Sands’ - a dark comedy set on a Scottish island exploring family and grief. Really smart writing, great performances and had me laughing and tearing up in equal measure. Thank you @hugoshack_actor for the invite and congratulations @oortheatre on the brilliant show!
