Healthy baked pickles 🥒 Here’s the recipe ⤵️ Ingredients 1 cup almond flour 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 2 cups round dill pickle slices How to make it: 1️⃣Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2️⃣Mix all the dry ingredients together. 3️⃣Dry your pickles and coat them fully. 4️⃣Place them on a lined baking tray. 5️⃣Bake, flip, and cook until golden. Gotta love the perfect salty treat. For me it hits even better with the perfect mocktail. Local health food store haul (nutritionist staples) 🛒 I’m mostly an empty nester and I’m always pretty well stocked (I go to the store multiple times a week!) so this is more of a baby haul but it’s the few items I got at my local health food store to fill in the gaps at home for protein, high fiber complex carbs, and healthy fats.
