Turns out it wasn’t a strength issue.
It wasn’t even my form.
It was Mobility.Â
As I went down I felt my hips getting tighter.
And my back locked up.
Now i prioritize these movements which
✔️ Improves my range of motion & flexibility
✔️ Enhance movement patterns
✔️ Prevent injuries
Do them 3x a week and you will be stronger 💪🏿
3 sets for 30 sec each.Â

Perfect controlled reps!! Your mission is to get stronger over time. If you wanna loose fat add more muscle to your body and stay at calorie deficit . If you wanna gain weight add more muscle to your body and stay at a calorie surplus. It’s not rocket science get stronger and consume the “right amount” of protein, carbs and sugars.
6 ft 194lbs 33 years old my goal is to be healthy, functional and still maintain an athletic edge for the rest of my life.
