Top 10 Women in PR 🇬ðŸ‡
It’s been over a week since Windhoek and one thing has stayed with me: the consistency of the response.
Different people.
Different industries.
Same engagement.
It reinforced something I have always believed deeply:
The Seen. Heard. Paid. framework is transferable.
This isn’t about one audience or one field.
It’s about positioning.
And when you get that right, it works—anywhere.
Seen. Heard. Paid.
P.S: Major shoutouts to @j0hnwilliam_ who always understands the brief!
If you’re responsible for how leaders, teams, or institutions show up publicly — this is for you.
I’m opening my calendar for 2026 work: speaking engagements, corporate training, and strategic advisory.
This carousel breaks down what that looks like, who it’s for, and how we might work together.
Swipe through. If it resonates, let’s talk about working together in 2026.

I’ve been named one of Ghana’s Top 10 Women in PR for 2025.
I have never practiced this discipline conventionally. My conviction has always been that PR is too important to live only inside agencies and boardrooms — it belongs to every leader, entrepreneur and professional whose reputation is on the line.
Real communications work is not about the press release or the viral moment. It is about visibility that holds authority even in silence. Credibility that means an award confirms something rather than announces something. That’s the longer road. But it’s the only one that builds something real.
Ghana is not a footnote in global communications. It’s a proving ground. And the professionals building here structurally are defining what modern African communications leadership looks like.
I’m proud to be counted among them. To the other nine honourees — congratulations. Your work matters and is worthy of this recognition.
Ghana bid for this championship. Ghana had nearly two years to prepare. And this is what Africa got.
Athletes sleeping without blankets. Fighting for food. Equipment failing on the field of play. Results systems crashing. Journalists unable to file in real time.
This is not an LOC problem. This is not a political party problem. This is a Ghana problem — and it requires a Ghana-level response.
I said what needed to be said.

The MTN Digital Transformation Conference is happening today.
I’ll be moderating the panel on Embracing Digital Transformation for Marketing Excellence, alongside some of the sharpest marketing and business minds in Ghana.
Four panelists. One room. One question underneath all of it: has digital transformation actually made us better marketers or just faster ones?
If you’re in the room, come find me after.

27 years of TGMA and we still haven’t decided to treat it like the national moment it is. Food, music and sports are the things that unite Ghanaians.
For one night, millions of people are in the same emotional room. That’s not entertainment. That’s soft power. And we’re leaving it on the table. 🇬ðŸ‡

Hey Gen Z, let’s talk about dealing with your difficult boss. That situation may be resolvable after all. Just a few tips (that do not include shading him or her on your finsta.
Also, see you soon? 💜

Brand builders, class is in session and today we are studying @sarkodie ! I thoroughly enjoyed doing the research for this one and I have to say I understand why they call him Landlord.
Share this with a Sark fan. Share this with someone building a brand with longevity in mind.
P.S: Whose authority architecture should we study next?
It is 2026. We are still having a conversation about whether the lights will stay on.
Not how we power the next decade. Whether the lights will stay on.
Every government has promised a fix. Some have even delivered one, temporarily. But when the incentive is to stabilise just enough to win the next election, the system never gets rebuilt. It gets managed.
And ordinary Ghanaians absorb the bill every single time.
This is Civic Signal. And this conversation is overdue.
