Thoughtful lighting, CNC-milled reclaimed oak plank shelving, and minimal custom blackened steel supports help create a space that feels both highly functional and beautifully restrained.

This project enjoyed the great luxury of emphasizing spatial quality, striking display, and ready access over storage capacity; our client has a “wine cave” onsite with thousands more bottles.

A bold yet serene moment within the primary suite at our first Sullivan Canyon project. Soft green tile wraps this elevated bathing area, creating a vibrant focal point that still feels grounded in calm.

Framed by glass and natural light, the freestanding tub becomes a retreat within a retreat—visually connected to the fireplace-warmed bedroom beyond, yet distinctly its own.

Tall window/doors lead to a charming private garden with custom cast-in-place concrete water feature, and a bather can chat with their partner through the tub-adjacent shuttered interior window…and a shower-for two is tucked away to the right.

I had no idea, @kengutmaker pointed it out to me today. It was just as you start climbing up Goldman towards Serpentine, in the small clearing on the left, you can still see the base platforms.
Anyone know when/why it was taken out?

We removed an unnecessary wall between the former kitchen and dining room to establish connection between the two rooms, resulting in a nice flow between the shared common spaces—for entertaining and everyday life.
