Friday , 04.10.2026 , I met the “Godfather of Chicago Music” , George Daniels.
George Daniels is the owner of George’s Music Room, the largest owned black record store in the Midwest.
His store became the go-to destination for artists and became a launchpad for many artists such as R. Kelly, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Kanye West, Common, Do or Die, to name a few.
Grateful for his knowledge, advice, and support.
