My @_smoca exhibit, Dreams Don’t Have Time. When I showed up onsite late May to talk about a collaboration, we didn’t have a concrete idea of what the eventual piece would be. The space we chose was full of potential but it didn’t look like how it looks now. It was filled with hung art, sculptures and waist high wall trim. We needed to create the infrastructure for a theater. The team allowed me to dream big and we ended up envisioning the work as a 50’ curved multi projector video installation. We worked for the past couple months to prep, setup, and test the space. The flat to curve ratio of the wall offers unique canvas opportunities for me. The surrounded nature of the piece allows for an almost Imax viewing experience. When sitting in the space, you’re enveloped in the surrealism. Visuals for @badbunnypr 🤯 I had the amazing opportunity to create some of the visuals for Bad Bunny’s 3 night concert in Puerto Rico for @sturdy.co 🪐🐬 Spent a lot of the past month in outer space and at the beach, drawing nebulae, multidimensions, dolphins, and waves. Thank you to the wonderful team I worked with at STURDY in particular thank you @wolin & @sophieviscardi 🙏🏽 So many motivated people worked together to pull these shows off. I’m in awe of the unity. Thanks to everyone that posted about the concerts. It’s been fun to experience through so many perspectives. Puerto Rico, it was beautiful to see such expression!! I created the visuals for a few songs and in particular the performance of Efecto, all three nights, melted my mind. It’s wild to see so many people singing in unison, that my work is playing above is surreal. I didn’t attend, no photos mine. Dreams Don’t Have Time: Redux is my new feature length piece now on view at @_smoca March 8 – September 21 I recently had the chance to experience an incredible @myalora.life sound bath inside the exhibition. The experience was beautiful and surreal—it was fascinating to see the layers of audio visual synchronicity and moments of surprise non synchronicity as something wild came up. I had the opportunity to work with @peoriaazcam @peoriaazarts on their festival Peoria Light at Play 2025. Thank you to @mdeanbridges and @kristenmio for being on the team. This wouldn’t have been possible without their help. After months of planning, we braved technical, we braved weather, and it all worked out well in the end 🥯🥯🥯 We had 3 different projection mapped installations activated at the same time, over 3 nights. A historic school house, the Central School, built in 1906. A giant coffee shop/church wall, and Buds Barbershop.
