Meet Jamie Struthers, Director Operations and another new partner alongside Steve and Mike. Jamie joined the Kemp team several years ago bringing deep hands on technical skills. In his operations role he’s on the details while also developing strong customer relationships - treating every project like it’s his own.
When he’s not at work - he’s a busy Dad with 2 boys on and off the sport fields and rinks.
Fun fact - Jamie loves to golf! Ask him out for game🏌️♂️
Earlier this year we shared changes coming to Kemp with Steve’s transition to retirement. You may know Mike Chase, now Director of Construction and a new partner. Mike has worked with Kemp for 10 years and has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success. Mike brought over 35 years in both commercial and residential construction to the company.
When he’s not on the job you’d find him court and field side supporting his daughters as they define their next chapters.
And fun fact - Mike is a citizen of Ireland☘️
